Born in China, Chelsea Qu has studied and worked in the UK for more than 10 years.
She joined Guernica 37 as a Barrister’s Assistant in 2019, primarily assisting in the Middle East and the Balkans cases. With a double diploma and a degree in Business, Chelsea has been involved in various international criminal cases, assisting the founder of Guernica 37 both in the UK and The Hague.
She was officially appointed Legal Executive to the Head of Chambers in 2020.
Chelsea is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA). A specialist in the acquisition of visas, she heads up Guernica 37’s Immigration Department, handling cases for clients from across the world in all matters of relocation and Home Office affairs.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she is currently studying at Birkbeck University of London for her combined Masters in Law. Her particular interests lie in the fields of Criminal, International and Immigration Law.
