Contributing to Atrocity Prevention through Accountability for Past Crimes

The Guernica 37 for International Justice partners with communities and key civil society actors in different countries to design and implement content-orientated strategies for meaningful and transformative accountability for human rights violations and international crimes.

In our experience, in order to successfully apply this approach, the persons and the communities with whom we work need to be in a position to actively participate in the definition of priorities related to the quest for accountability.
