Bosnia and Herzegovina – 11 March 2025
The UN war crimes court in The Hague has rejected a request for early release from former Bosnian Croat political chief Jadranko Prlic, citing his “heinous” crimes and “insufficient” rehabilitation. The full article can be found here.

Bosnia and Herzegovina – 10 March 2025
Sweden's Supreme Court has rejected Bosnia and Herzegovina's request for the extradition of Dedo Odobasic, accused of committing war crimes against civilians in Bosanski Brod in 1992, due to his poor health. The full article can be found here.
